THe range of Beers from Sheps has dried up somewhat, so it will the same 4 beers until The Porter turns up!

Chicken Shop. Next door to the pub is a fried chicken shop, some days the smell turns my stomach as I step outside to write on the blackboard. Some people love it though. One chap usually visits it twice a day - healthy eating at it's best :(

Welcome to the first edition of One Mans Guide to London Pubs.

To begin, everyone is entitled to their own point of view - no matter how wrong it is!

This list is being compiled because of the flaws that I have found in other publications.

The first pub that is listed is the one I am currently running. It has it's flaws - no views, the neverendinding (sic) sirens, the huge lack of passing trade due to cultural differences, no other nearby pubs that sell real ale (therefore no crawls!), no tube station adjacent, The Tie!

But the plus side includes: comfy traditional interior, well kept ales, good service, friendly customers, nice selection of wines and spirits, pub games, clean loos, The No 8 Bus,

Colclough's Landlady

I made a trip down to Faversham and brewed a beer with the help of the brewer Stuart Main. I decicided to call it Landlady, when the pump clip turned up - it was Colclough's Landlady. It is our fastest selling beer ever.

Must try harder.
